The City of Monroe provides water service to much of Monroe County. The City is normally responsible for all parts, materials, and labor up to and including the copperhorn (the copper piping surrounding the water meter). However, the City is not responsible for installations made by contractors or non-City entities.

Please use this form and/or the linked documents to request services relating to hardware to include new water service (installation), replacement meters, or malfunctioning or damaged equipment to also include ice blockages.
