The City of Midland's Action Line system allows online visitors to request information, submit requests for service, or submit comments for review. This service and information request system covers a wide variety of city services as indicated at left.
To enter a new request, click on the appropriate link at left to find easy-to-use forms on many different topics. General questions and comments may also be submitted using this quick and easy system.
Upon submission, requests are automatically routed to the proper City staff for their review and follow-up.
A tracking number is assigned to each new request. Using this number, you can view the current status of your request at any time through the Action Line page on the website.
Registering as a regular user of this City service allows you access to your own personal Action Line account, through which you can view current and past requests and update your account information. As an added bonus, whenever you submit a new request, your contact information will automatically appear in the appropriate form fields, saving you time and effort.
