September 10 – December 19, Mondays
Exceptional Needs
A parent participation class for children with special needs who would like to explore the world of gymnastics in a safe and nurturing environment. The class will be lead by an instructor who will guide the parents on how to help their children use the gymnastics equipment safely and effectively. Physician’s permission slip required for all diagnosed special needs. Please feel free to talk to our staff to see if this program would be appropriate for your child.
September 10 – December 19, Tuesdays
High School/Adult Gymnastics
A loosely structured class designed for recreational atheletes, former gymnasts, and any adults interested in the sport of gymnastics. From vaulters, divers, cheerleaders, cross athteletes, or any adult looking to work on tumbling skills, acrobatics, gymnastic apparatus skills, etc...
September 10 – December 19 — 19 Activity Sessions Available
KinderGym (1-3 yr olds)
This is a parent participation class in which our instructors guide the parents on how to help their children to properly use our Gymnastics equipment safely and effectively. Individual movement exploration, guided discovery, and minimal organized activities are included in the curriculum of perceptive motor development for toddlers. Additional benefits include the opportunity to socialize with other children of the same age, learning to share, and following simple directions.

September 10 – December 19 — 11 Activity Sessions Available
KinderStars (2.5-3.5 yr olds)
A parent participation class for students that still may need the security of a parent. Designed for the child that is working on separation or being able to focus on the instructor, slightly more structured than KinderGym but not yet an independent class. Transitional classes with the goal of having the child participate independently by the end of the session.

Level 1 - Boys (ages 6+)
As the student matures, and the development of their tactile and physical strength improves, more complex gymnastic skills can be introduced. Level I through VIII classes are fitness oriented in a gymnastics specific curriculum. Encouraging life long physical and mental well-being along with the development of gymnastics skills is our goal for all students. Gymnastics provides unparalleled challenges for the body, the mind, and the spirit. By meeting these challenges, children continue their development toward becoming confident, fit, and able adults.

Level 1 Girls (ages 6+)

MiniStars (4 yr olds)
Gross and fine motor skill activities, cooperative games, and individual movement exploration are the emphasis at this level with fundamental recreational Gymnastics skills on all apparatus and floor exercise. The teachers encourage problem solving and creative thinking as the children begin longer skill combinations and cooperative work.

September 10 – December 19 — 30 Activity Sessions Available
NewStars (3 yr olds)
This is our first level of structured Gymnastics without parent participation. This class emphasizes fundamental Gymnastics positions and basic skills on all Gymnastics apparatus and floor exercise as well as gross motor skill activities, games, and individual movement exploration, emphasizing social as well as physical development.

September 10 – December 19 — 20 Activity Sessions Available
SuperStars (5 yr olds)
Gymnastic skills, flexibility, and strength development are emphasized at this level. Continued work on problem solving, creative thinking, social and language skills are also incorporated in the class in order to help prepare the student for classroom settings.

Tumbling
Prerequisite skills include forward & backward rolls, handstand, and cartwheel round off, and walkovers. A class for students of all ages interested in tumbling and acrobatic skills only. No apparatus work is included in this class other than occasional TumblTrak exercises.
