FUTSAL - League
Futsal is the way the world plays indoor soccer! Futsal is played on a basketball court, without the walls, and with a special low
bounce ball. The game is played 5 on 5 and 6-10 players on a team. Coming this winter, January 2010! The adult league
games will be played on Wednesday & Friday evenings 6-9 pm, Saturdays and Sundays in at the Onetta Harris Community

Volleyball - Advanced
No pre-registration; mandatory try-outs on the first day of class. Participants must have command of the fundamentals. Skills emphasized include 6-2 offense, various defenses, etc...

Volleyball - Beginning
No try-out, players should have some volleyball experience. Emphasis on improvement and consistency of all volleyball skills. Individual drills, team drills and league play included. 4-2 offense featured.
October 8 – December 17, Thursdays
Volleyball - Intermediate
No pre-registration; mandatory try-outs on the first day of class. Participants should have intermediate command of basic techniques. Class emphasis on improvement of individual skills and team play. NO CLASS 11/26
October 21 – December 9,
3.0-3.5 Adult Tennis Clinic
Program will be a combination of doubles strategy, solid fundamentals, great drills and match play. Your level must be between a 3.0 - 3.5 player to be in this class. This class will be a good workout and a lot of fun. If the weather is questionable, call Jim at 650.274.2261 one hour prior to the class start time. NO CLASS 11/11

Ice Skating - Beginning Adults
The beginning Ice Skating class for adults teaches forward skating, backward skating, and stopping. Classes are designed to be fun and build confidence. All classes will be assigned practice times. Skate rental is provided for lessons. Mittens or gloves, socks and warms clothing is recommended. Classes held at Nazareth Ice Oasis, 3140 Bay Road, Redwood City. The player is consistent and has a lot of playing experience. Must be able to hit topspin, groundstrokes, consistent volleys, and spin serves. If the weather is questionable, call Jim at 650.274.2261 one hour prior to the class start time.

Introduction to Fencing - Adults
What is the hardest thing about working out? Getting motivated to get to the club! It's just so darned tedious. That's where fencing comes in. The classes are fun and exciting, and the next thing you know, it's been 3 hours since you came in! It really works.
