Capoeira
Capoeira (pronounced ka-poo-eh-da) is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines dance, music, percussion, song, self-defense technique, and acrobatics. The instructor, Urubu Malandro is a native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and has studied Capoeira for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of experience working with children and his positive energy is infectious. Children of all abilities are welcome to join this incredibly fun class.

Jim Heebner's Tennis Clinic
Program will be a combination of solid fundamentals, great drills, and match play. The tennis clinic is an ideal program for kids
to workout, improve their game, and meet once a week to play tennis. Ability Level: Must be able to rally with a partner 10 times over the net, hit topspin, groundstrokes, and be able to hit at least 50% of your serves in the court. Looking for a fun and challenging workout? Kuk Sool Won™, a beautiful and dynamic “hard-soft” martial art style, covers the entire spectrum of Korean fighting arts. It is a powerful system of self-defense that integrates body, mind, and spirit. Students learn methods to improve and maintain health and to develop internal power. Classes stress self-discipline, selfcontrol, loyalty, humility, and respect for others. Beginners learn basic movements and skills including kicks, hand strikes, tumbling, throwing techniques, and traditional forms. Introduction to English Horseback Riding
For the beginner rider: you learn safety, horse handling and care through gromming and hands on activities at our professional riding facility. Our knowledgeable instructors will teach you to mount and dismount correctly to riding in our arenas under our watchful eye. Wear long pants and a boot with a heel. We also have riding boots and helmets available for each rider. Due to physical limitations of our horses, rider's weight should not exceed 225 pounds. Blue Angels Youth Ski & Snowboard Program
The Blue Angels program gives children and teens the opportunity to ski or snowboard the Sierra’s with friends and other snow sport enthusiasts in a fun, yet structured environment.
