removing and replacing all sanitary sewer mains and service laterals, water mains and services, storm drains and services, and reconstructing the road and sidewalks, on Jackson Street from Baranof Ave to Monroe (approximately 1400 feet), a portion of 7th Ave from Jackson to College Ave (approximately 700 feet), a portion of Monroe Street (approximately 1300 feet), as well as work to bring the street construction to completion on Jackson from 4th to Baranof (approximately 700 feet) and 4th Ave from Jackson to Madison (approximately 700 feet).
