Why Register?

It's not necessary to register to check the current status of your request. However, once you register, all of your requests (and their progress) are put in one easy spot for viewing. Each Service Request is assigned a new tracking number.

Be sure to submit an email address so you can receive confirmation that your Service Request has been received, and additional follow-up by City or KPU staff is possible.

Requests entered after hours will be received by staff the next business day by 8:30 a.m.
