A full refund will be issued for any program that is cancelled by Parks & Recreation or if requested 24 hours prior to the start of the program or class. If an unusual medical or personal situation arises during the course, a prorated refund will be issued based upon the number of classes attended, provided notification occurs prior to the end of the course. Please come to the Parks & Recreation Office at 300 W. 4th Street to complete a refund request form.
