Picnic Shelter Reservations Begin Shelter reservations for picnic shelters at Colerain Park will begin at 7:30 a.m. (doors will open prior to that to give people time to fill out their paperwork). Shelter fees are $65 and are rented to residents of Colerain Township only; proof of residency is required. Reservations will be taken at the Government Complex, 4200 Springdale Road, until noon on March 2nd, after that they will be taken at the Parks & Services Office, 4725 Springdale Road, in front of Colerain Park.
