Last night the Bel Aire City Council passed the Firework ordinance. This ordinance changed the ban on fireworks. Now, residents will be able to discharge authorized fireworks within the city limits as part of their 4th of July celebration, and up to four firework stands will be permitted in designated areas within the city.
