The City of Bel Aire’s Employee Recognition Program recognizes employees who go above and beyond to provide an enhanced quality of life for all residents of the City. Employees may be nominated for the award by residents of the jurisdiction or by other employees. Quarterly winners are recognized at a City Council meeting and an annual Employee of the Year is selected each December.
Employees can be nominated in one or all of four categories: Customer Service, Teamwork, Communication or Leadership. Please provide the required information and brief descriptions in the appropriate category(s).
