The Village of Amityville is responsible for sidewalk damage/lifting caused by Village trees ONLY. All other sidewalk damage is the responsibility of the property owner. For information about the Village's 50/50 sidewalk repair program, please contact Resident Services at the Village of Amityville at (631) 264-6000.
